In order to comply with Decision XIX/6 of 2007 of the Montreal Protocol, Brazil prepared the Brazilian Program for the Elimination of HCFCs – PBH, which includes the strategy of control, reduction and elimination of HCFCs through actions supported with resources from the Multilateral Fund for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol. The activities and goals contemplated in the PBH strategy were divided into three stages.
